I Heart My Saturday Morning: Bircher Oats

I woke up this morning to ready to eat, healthy, yummier than yummy breakfast. Divine start of the day!

Bircher Oats!!!! Answer to my morning blues. There are many recipes to make this delicious nutritious overnight oats breakfast. Mine is a mish mash of a few I saw. 

Ingredients:
2 tbl spn oats
1 cup milk
1 tbl spn yogurt 
Apple conserve to taste
1 tbl spn muesli (coz I was too lady to chop nuts)
1/2 cup chopped apple
1 tbl spn honey

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy in the morning with some chopped fruits. I didn't add any. But mine was delicious nonetheless.
