Pasta Kebabs

1 packet Maggi Nutrilicious Pasta
1/2 cup boiled and shredded Chicken
1/4 cup chopped Coriander
2 tblspns White Flour (Maida)
2 tblspns butter
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 egg
1/2 packet of roasted vermicelli

Take the butter in a pan and add the chopped garlic. Saute for a few seconds and add the flour.Saute for a minute, add 2 cups of water, chicken, coriander, pasta and pasta seasoning. Let it cook till the pasta is done and the mixture thickens enough to make the kebabs.

Beat the eggs in a bowl with some salt. Take the vermicelli in a plate and crush it with your hands such that it breaks into a centimeter long bits.

Take a bowl with some water. take some water on your palm and shape the mixture into kebabs. Dip the kebabs in the egg and then roll them in the vermicelli and deep fry.

These are really very delicious. One can use anything in the mix. You can replace the pasta with potato and cheese as well.

I had fried something earlier in the pan and forgotten to strain the oil and hence you can see some black spots on my kebabs.  But if you use fresh oil then this shouldn't happen.
