Chicken Candy

Made these chicken candies with minced chicken in foil. They looked very appealing and were equally tasty.


I made a green stuffing with boneless chicken, green chilies, spring onion, coriander seeds, mint leaves, and ginger garlic paste for the green candies. And a red filling with boneless chicken, dried red chilies, garam masala powder and anar dana. 



Finally I placed the candies in the oven for 15 minutes. I had juicy, healthy, low cal kebabs ready in no time.

PS: be careful while you fill and twist the the candies as the foil will be sharp.
